Please do not ship products back before receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos or videos when available.

For verified product defects or fulfillment errors, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, at no additional return shipping cost to you where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs
